Applications : VTP-50469 mesylate potently inhibits the Menin–MLL1 interaction and shows strong selectivity for MLL‑rearranged and NPM1c⁺ leukemias. It disrupts Menin‑dependent chromatin binding, downregulates MLL‑fusion transcriptional programs, and induces differentiation and apoptosis. In PDX models of MLL‑r AML and ALL, it yields profound and durable antileukemia responses.
