Applications : Y‑27632 inhibits ROCK1/2 with sub‑micromolar potency and modulates multiple cellular pathways. It suppresses ROCK/NF‑κB signaling to exert anti‑inflammatory effects in lupus models, enhances autophagy and apoptosis in oral squamous cell carcinoma via AKT/mTOR inhibition, and promotes intercellular communication by inducing tunneling nanotubes and mitochondrial transfer in ARPE‑19 cells. It also drives neurite extension in PC12 cells through Rac1‑dependent signaling.
