Applications : YCW1 is a potent EGFR inhibitor that blocks EGFR phosphorylation and downstream RAS–RAF–MEK–ERK signaling. Used in combination therapy to enhance pathway suppression, overcome EGFR‑driven resistance, and improve anti‑tumor efficacy in EGFR‑dependent cancer models.
