Applications : YKL‑1‑116 covalently and selectively inhibits CDK7 while sparing CDK9, CDK12, and CDK13. It surpasses THZ1 in potency against CDK7^WT and CDK7^as, though the analog‑sensitive mutant remains comparatively resistant. Its selectivity and potency make it valuable for probing CDK7‑regulated transcriptional programs.
