Applications : YQ-128 inhibits NLRP3 with sub‑micromolar potency (IC₅₀ = 0.30 µM) and selectively blocks IL‑1β production while leaving TNF‑α unaffected. It is blood–brain barrier permeable and displays strong anti‑inflammatory effects.
