Applications : ZB‑R‑55 potently inhibits RIPK1 through a dual‑mode mechanism involving simultaneous occupancy of the allosteric and ATP‑binding sites. It blocks necroptosis in cancer cells and is suitable for investigating RIPK1‑driven inflammatory pathologies, including SIRS and sepsis.
