Applications : α-Fructoselysine dihydrochloride (L-lysine 13C6,15N2) is a mixed labelled analog, which is used in preventing the breakdown and glycation of collagen. An analog of Fructose-leucine, an Amadori compound having the potential to alter cellular adhesion, inhibit cancer metastasis and induce apoptosis.
