Applications : Paclitaxel-d5 is a deuterium labelled version of Paclitaxel, which is a naturally occurring antineoplastic agent and stabilizes tubulin polymerization. Paclitaxel can cause both mitotic arrest and apoptotic cell death. Tubulin depolymerization inhibitor. It is used to treat a number of types of cancers.This includes ovarian cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, Kaposi sarcoma, cervical cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
