Applications : TG100-115 is a selective PI3Kγ/PI3Kδ inhibitor with IC50s of 83 and 235 nM, respectively. Also, TG100-115 can be used as a potent TRPM7 kinase inhibitor and a potent inhibitor of breast cancer cell migration.
