Applications : This is an impurity of Apremilast. A novel phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor, regulates inflammation through multiple cAMP downstream effectors. Apremilast inhibits PDE4 with an IC₅₀of 74 nM using 1 μM cAMP as substrate.
